Rothbury Kinross was founded in by two experienced search Partners Stuart Chrisp and Robert Storey. Our combined experience and careers in leading international firms and many years of international executive search and leadership advisory led us to establish Rothbury Kinross in 2013. STUART CHRISP

Stuart Chrisp has over 25 years' corporate experience initially in banking and finance and latterly in Executive Search. He held senior positions in banking and finance in the UK and New Zealand. He has held leadership roles and current directorships in the private sector and was a partner in an international executive search firm Korn Ferry before founding Rothbury Kinross with Robert Storey in 2013. Stuart has served as the NZ President of the global Entrepreneurs Organisation network. Stuart has two children.
His search work specialises in developing leadership and talent strategies and recruiting 'C level' roles and directors across investment, manufacturing and finance, distribution, agriculture/primary production, technology, and professional services. He has worked with VC and PE firms recruiting key executives and directors for new ventures and high growth companies in sectors including materials technology, consumer products, IT, biotech/life sciences and agri-tech.
Robert Storey has extensive international management experience including senior marketing and chief executive roles in Australia and New Zealand. He established Boyden International in New Zealand in 1997 where he was a global partner. He is a past President of the NZ Market Research Society. Robert is married with three children.
In 2012, he sold his equity in Boyden and with Stuart Chrisp co-founded Rothbury Kinross, as a leading executive search and leadership talent advisory firm. His executive search experience combined with directorships and management experience on the client side provides meaningful value to both client and candidates. Executive experience includes top-level appointments in state and private sectors across Agri-business, Financial Services, Technology, Infrastructure and Logistics, Crown Research Institutes, Consumer Goods (FMCG), Automotive, Health and Life Sciences, Telecommunications, and Education.
